Pilates is uniquely appropriate for keeping you strong and resilient in body and mind, and preparing you for the momentous motherhood road ahead. This class focuses on pelvic floor awareness, deep abdominal strength and releasing tension throughout the body. Suitable from 16 weeks of pregnancy.
